Come join us at The Heart Center for an engaging art workshop focusing on promoting good health and well-being!

Presented in partnership with Regina Open Door Society, SCIC invites both newcomer and Canadian youth (geared to ages 18-35 yrs) to unleash their creativity while learning about the importance of mental and physical wellness.
