About the facilitator:

Marg Romanow is a Qualified Mediator trained to address conflict in various situations. She owns Future Focus Mediation & Consulting.

As a Mediator Marg has addressed Conflict in Separation and Divorce, Board of Directors, and Workplaces. Her background as a Nurse and a Labour Relations Officer facilitates the caring, empathy and initiative to help others. Marg has served on Pension Boards for many years. Risk Management and the tools to monitor and address risk are a key function to Pensions.
