Youth Delegation
SCIC's Youth Delegation opportunities support Saskatchewan-based youth, ages 18-35, to take part in conferences, delegations, and experiential learning opportunities in Canada and around the world.
Through these experiences, youth delegates have a chance to build leadership skills, grow their networks, and bring new perspectives back to their communities.

What is Youth Delegation?
Youth Delegation Opportunities give young people the chance to engage with global issues through real conversations, events, and learning spaces beyond their everyday environment.

As part of these opportunities, SCIC works with youth delegates to provide financial and logistical support where possible, helping create a meaningful experience for learning, growth, and connection.
Learn
Explore global issues through conferences, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities.
Represent
Bring Saskatchewan youth perspectives into wider conversations on global citizenship and international cooperation.
Bring it Home
Share learnings, ideas, and action back with Saskatchewan communities, peers, and SCIC's youth network.
Delegation Opportunities
SCIC supports youth participation in a range of delegation and learning opportunities throughout the year. Some opportunities may take place in person, whole others may be offered online.

Past delegation opportunities have included participation in spaces such as Inter-Council Networks annual youth delegation connected to the United Nations Commission on the status of women, AWID 2025 Forum in Bangkok, Cooperation Canada Leaders' Forum in Ottawa and more!
