Sit With Us: A Reconciliation Craft Circle


Reconciliation means something different to everyone. For some, it’s tied to family history. For others, it’s a word they’ve heard but never really sat with. This circle is a space to bring those different experiences into the same room and learn from each other along the way.


Join us online on October 7 for an evening that brings together youth from all backgrounds for something hands-on, honest, and real. We’ll spend the evening creating together, guided by Syndel Thomas-Kozar of Crafting Kinship, an Indigenous artist and facilitator whose work centers storytelling, lived experience, and connection.

Syndel will share her own journey with truth and reconciliation, and open space for others in the circle to reflect and share too, at whatever depth feels right for them.


This isn’t a lecture. It’s a circle. You’ll leave with something you made with your own hands, and…
