BYLAWS AMENDMENTS
- SCIC Bylaws: Proposed Changes - to be considered at the AGM by the general membership in the form of a resolution to be adopted.

- Blank Amendment Form - for submitting amendments to the bylaws that a member of SCIC would like to be brought forth before the AGM, or on that date.
BOARD OF DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
There are seven SCIC Board positions open for renewal or reissue this year. In the interest of regional diversity we encourage those from outside Regina to seek nomination. Any person can run for the Board, with the endorsement of two member agencies (note that once elected, that person is expected to represent the Council as a whole, not an individual agency). Member agencies are encouraged to nominate individuals to the Board of Directors.
2016 Board of Directors Nomination Form
SCIC Committee Nominations
Member Agencies are also encouraged to nominate individuals to serve on SCIC committees.

SCIC Member Resolutions
At the AGM, any member can also make a resolution on matters of policy, finance or membership for the voting delegates to consider.
Please submit all Resolutions and Nominations to the Board or Committees no later than Thursday, September 8th in order to ensure enough time to circulate documents beforehand. The meeting agenda, resolutions, and background information on Board nominees will be emailed to all registered delegates by September 14th. Hard copies of these documents will also be provided in your delegate package upon arrival at the AGM on September 17th.
